Terms of service
Draft — this page is under review and may change.
Last updated 8 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and OrOMenu when you create an account and publish menus with us. By signing up, you accept them.
The service
OrOMenu lets restaurants build digital menus, publish them at a link and a QR code, and see how many guests open them. We may improve or change features over time.
Your account
- You need a valid email address. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You must be allowed to act for the restaurants you add.
- One person or business may hold several restaurants in one account.
Your content
- You own your menus, photos and logos. You give us permission to store and show them so the service can work.
- You are responsible for what your menus say, including prices, ingredients and allergy information. Check them, especially after an AI import.
- Don't publish anything illegal, misleading or that belongs to someone else without permission. We may hide content that breaks these rules.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on the Pricing page and in your dashboard, in EGP, and may change. Changes don't affect credits or plans you have already paid for.
- Views use credits from your balance; an unlimited plan covers all views of its restaurant for its period. Views by the restaurant's owner count like any guest's.
- Credits are added after we confirm your transfer. Credits and plans are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
- If your balance runs out, your menus stay online for 3 more days, then go offline until you top up. Your content is kept.
Availability
We work to keep menus online at all times, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or problems with our providers.
Ending your account
You can stop using OrOMenu at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or misuse the service, after warning you where possible.
Liability
OrOMenu is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We tell account holders about important changes by email before they apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
