Questions restaurants ask us
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser.
Can I change prices after printing the QR code?
Yes, as often as you like. The QR code always opens your latest menu, so you never reprint it.
Which languages can my menu have?
Arabic and English, or any of 20 languages. Each text can be translated, and Arabic reads right to left.
What if my guests have a weak signal?
Menus are built to open fast on a weak mobile connection: small pages, no app to download, no sign-up for guests.
Can I track my Facebook and Instagram ads?
Yes. Add your Facebook Pixel ID in your restaurant or menu settings, and we send it your menu page views. More channels are coming.
Do I need a designer or a developer?
No. Pick a design, add your logo and colours, and you are done. Or send us your old menu and we set it up for you.
How do I pay?
Transfer with InstaPay or a mobile wallet and send the screenshot from your dashboard. We confirm it, usually within a few hours.
What happens if my credits run out?
We email you before it happens. Your menus stay online for 3 more days, so you have time to top up.
Can you move my menu from another provider?
Yes. Paste your current menu link or upload photos and our AI does the typing. If you prefer, our team imports it for you.
